About Silicon Wristbands

Many different variations of this product are available including different styles (multi-colour, print, embossed, linked wristbands), sizes (adult and junior) and constituency (rubber/silicon).


Sizes - Adult Size: 210mm x 12mm x 2mm - Child Size: 180mm x 12mm x 2mm

Embossed Wristbands – An embossed band appears exactly the same as the Lance Armstrong Bands. Basically the custom message or logo is molded into the silicon band.

Maximum Embossed Image Size - Adult: 210mm x 8mm / Child: 180mm x 8mm. Only simple logos are suitable for embossing, please check with us first to ensure suitability.
 
Imprinted Wristbands – Allows you to fully customise your silicon wristband order by choosing your own coloured bands and logo. We do not recommend printing in more than 1 colour per position.

Maximum Imprinted Print Area – Adult: 75mm x 8mm / Child: 75mm x 8mm
 
Sitting Proud Wristbands – The logo/wording on the band is raised approximately 2mm.
 
Multi Colour Wristbands - Each multi coloured wristband is totally unique, as the two (or more) colours mingle whilst still in their liquid state. It is, therefore, impossible to achieve a uniform colour mix within the wristband itself.
 
Glow in the Dark Wristbands - We are unable to offer Pantone-matched glow in the dark wristbands. They are available in 4 generic colours only. The intensity of these colours varies significantly; depending upon the lighting levels under which they are viewed and to what extent they have been “charged” by exposure to bright light beforehand.

Lead-Times – The silicon wristbands can either be sea freighted (8 weeks) including production time or air freighted (4 weeks) including production time.

Pre-Production Sample – A pre-production sample is also available approximately 10 working days after artwork approval and a virtual sample can also be made available.

Packaging – Silicon wristbands are available in a plastic polybag. This bag can vary in sizes and can have a 4 colour process print on the bag. Barcodes can also be applied to each individual for retail purposes. Multiple numbers of silicon wristbands can be added to each poly bag depending on the market and use.
